Vivo HealthStaff is recruiting for Primary Care Physicians for outpatient care in Morristown, NJ. This is a full-time position with salary and benefits.Details:Flexible Schedule (36 clinical hours + 4 administrative hours)Outpatient setting: diagnosis, treatment, and follow-upSome on-call and rotating Saturday shifts requiredResponsibilities:Provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all agesDisease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recoveryManage acute illnesses and injuriesPrescribe and administer medications, perform vaccinationsRequest necessary tests, follow-up visits, and specialist referralsEnsure accurate medical documentation and coding (E/M, HCC)Manage approximately 20-25 patients per dayProvide leadership to clinical and reception staffComplete chart sign-offs and adhere to company policiesBenefits:Base salary range $220k-$240k (based on experience)Value-Based Care incentives and performance bonusesComprehensive health, dental, and vision insuranceRetirement programs, PTO, CME allowance, and loan repayment optionsRequirements:Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (within 5 years)NJ license (or willingness to obtain)DEA, BLS, and CSR/CDS certifications (or willingness to obtain)Clean malpractice recordFamiliarity with Athena EMR preferredAdditional Notes:Not accepting locums, 1099, or visa candidatesOpen to new graduate candidates who are truly Board Eligible
