Associate Manager, Commercial Analytics

Location: United States We are seeking an Associate Manager or Manager-level resource with deep expertise in the Central Nervous System (CNS) therapeutic area to support ongoing and upcoming client engagements. Key Requirements: Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience specifically within the CNS space Strong background in patient analytics, brand analytics and sales analytics (core requirement) Experience in marketing analytics and predictive analytics is a plus, but not mandatory Demonstrated ability to operate in a highly hands-on capacity , with approximately 50–60% of time dedicated to programming and data analysis Proficiency in relevant analytical tools (e.g., SQL or Python) and working closely with real-world data sources such as claims, EHR / EMR, and other commercial datasets Core Competencies: Strong communication skills, with the ability to directly manage client interactions and present insights clearly Experience in leading and mentoring junior team members , while also contributing individually Ability to balance strategic thinking with executional rigor Preferred Experience: Prior experience supporting product launches or pre-launch analytics within the CNS space.
