Our organization is looking to recruit an OB/GYN Hospitalist to become part of our vibrant team in Sacramento, CA.

We are excited to expand our OBGYN Hospitalist Program and are in search of dedicated OBGYN Hospitalists who are eager to contribute to our growth and transformation. • Three in-house OBGYN hospitalists available on shift 24/7

• A Certified Nurse Midwife present at all times

• Close cooperation with specialists in Maternal Fetal Medicine and Gynecologic Oncology

• A collegial atmosphere where teamwork enhances patient outcomes

• Consistent and predictable scheduling with multiple OBGYN hospitalists on duty during each shift

• Labor & Delivery Leadership: Oversee births in collaboration with Certified Nurse Midwives while supporting a busy, high-acuity labor and delivery unit.

• OBED / Triage: Assess all non-labor patients arriving at OBED triage and manage unassigned patients as necessary.

• Surgical & Procedural Care: Conduct GYN procedures and surgeries as required, ensuring efficient inpatient care.

• High-Risk Obstetrics Collaboration: Work closely with Maternal-Fetal Medicine to provide care for high-risk antepartum patients.

• Board-certified or eligible OB/GYN Physician

• A collaborative team player with excellent communication abilities

• A clinician who flourishes in a supportive, cooperative setting

• Options for full-time and part-time positions

• Guaranteed 12-hour shifts (day and night shifts with a differential for nighttime)

• Full-time equivalent: 13 shifts every 28 days

• COMPENSATION: $400,000 for 1.0 FTE Day Shift, $460,000 for 1.0 FTE Night Shift

• Additional productivity bonuses

• $50,000 Sign-on bonus

• Relocation assistance up to $20,000

• Residency stipend of up to $3,000 monthly

• Forgivable loan of up to $200,000

• Eligible for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
