RN School Based FLOAT-Cincinnati-MONDAYS ONLY

Job Title & Location RN School-Based Permanent Float – Cincinnati Area – Mondays only Must drive up to 35 miles to cover a school. Guaranteed 7 hours/day. No nights, weekends, holidays, or summer. Key Responsibilities Provide nursing care and support to students in various school settings. Assess student health needs and implement appropriate nursing interventions. Collaborate with school staff to ensure a safe and healthy environment for students. Maintain accurate health records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Qualifications Current RN license through the Ohio Board of Nursing (required). Knowledge of communicable disease prevention and medication protocols. Preference for school‑based or pediatric experience. Collaborative, team‑oriented approach – must work effectively with staff, parents, and students. Excellent organizational skills and time‑management abilities. Current CPR certification and the ability to pass a comprehensive background check. Strong interpersonal skills – ability to build relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Knowledge of HIPAA laws and the ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
