Pay offers are determined by experience and internal equity. Hours Per Diem, Part-time, and Full-time available. Locations Opportunities are available in a variety of locations, including UNC Medical Center in Chapel Hill and Hillsborough, UNC Health Rex in Raleigh and Holly Springs, UNC Health Johnston in Smithfield, UNC Health Rockingham in Eden, UNC Health Chatham in Siler City, and UNC Health Caldwell in Lenoir. Education Requirements Completion of a twelve (12) month program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or General Ultrasound. Licensure/Certification Requirements RDMS registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or registry eligible and become registered within one (1) year from date of hire. Must maintain registry status and continuing education requirements annually. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification. Professional Experience Requirements Ultrasound Tech I: No prior experience required. Ultrasound Tech II: Three (3) years of experience as an Ultrasound Tech. See yourself at UNC Health!
