Join The Black Hammock — Central Florida’s unique airboat adventure spot on Lake Jesup featuring thrilling rides, live alligators, exotic birds, lakeside dining, and a charming gift shop. We’re looking for an energetic, friendly team member who enjoys variety and wants to help deliver unforgettable experiences both in the shop and on the dock.
What You’ll Do:
- Open the gift shop and assist with morning bird care
- Sell airboat tickets and merchandise (Toast POS experience a plus)
- Greet guests, answer questions, and coordinate check-ins with captains
- Work as a deckhand: help load/unload passengers, follow safety procedures, and keep the dock ready
- Keep the shop, restrooms, and public areas clean and welcoming
Schedule, Pay amp; Perks:
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM shifts | Weekends required
- $15/hour to start + performance review after 3 months
- 20% restaurant discount during shifts
What We’re Looking For:
- Outgoing and customer-focused
- Comfortable working outdoors around water and wildlife
- Reliable multitasker with strong communication skills
- Must pass a drug test
