Position Details:
Job Title: RN - Behavioral Health
Location: Lawton, OK
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Shift Details: 3 days a week (Every other weekend)
Type: Local Contract but travelers are welcome to apply! Job Summary:
Provides direct care to patients with mental health conditions by conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, administering medications, and providing therapeutic communication and crisis intervention. Key duties include monitoring patient well-being, educating patients and families, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a safe and supportive environment for recovery.
Education:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
BLS certification (American Heart Association required) Experience:
6 months Adolescent Behavioral Health experience - Required
BLS - Required prior to start
Must be 21+
Handle with Care Certification - Preferred License/ Certification:
OK state Nursing license
