Role Description This full-time Technical Recruiter role is an on-site position based in Texas, United States. The Technical Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for technical and IT roles. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, building talent pipelines through multiple channels, and maintaining accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system. The role involves assessing technical skills and cultural fit, providing timely updates to stakeholders, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process. The Technical Recruiter will also contribute to recruitment process improvements, market research, and employer branding initiatives to support long-term hiring goals. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and offer management. Strong experience in Technical Recruiting and Hiring for IT and technology-focused roles. Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and professional networking platforms. Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of current hiring best practices, market trends, and compliance considerations. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
