What You'll Do

As a Shift Leader, you'll partner with the management team

to help lead all aspects of restaurant operations while ensuring every guest

receives exceptional food and service.
• Lead shifts while supporting the Assistant

Manager and General Manager.
• Coach, motivate, and develop Team Members.
• Help train and onboard new employees.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve

guest concerns.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational

excellence.
• Monitor labor, food quality, and speed of

service during your shift.
• Assist with inventory, prep levels, and shift

readiness.
• Support opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure

company standards are followed.
• Lead by example while creating a positive,

motivating, and accountable work environment.
• Help drive sales, guest satisfaction, and

overall restaurant performance.
What We're Looking For
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous restaurant experience required;

leadership experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for developing people and building

winning teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving

skills
• Commitment to delivering outstanding guest

service
• Flexible availability, including nights and

weekends
