● About Facility:

▪ Kings Mountain Acute: 67 bed hospital

▪ Kings Mountain Outpatient (located in Kings Mountain Hospital): PT only

▪ Radius rule: Traveler’s permanent address must be 50 miles outside of home unit

● General Info:

o Minimum Years of Experience required: 1 year

o Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes

● Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:

o OP: Ortho, Neuro, Vestibular, Lymphedema, Post-op, General debility, Women’s health

o Acute: Post-op, Neuro, General debility, COPD, CHF

o PT: BLS, State licensure
o OT: BLS, State licensure
● Skill Requirements:
o PT: acute care experience preferred
o OT: acute care experience preferred
● Technology/Equipment:
o EMR: EPIC
● Floating:
o May float between Cleveland and Kings Mountain
