Doctor of Medicine | Optometry - General/Other Location: Allentown, PA Employer: VieMed Healthcare Staffing Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: Days - 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Optometrist Start Date: 09/16/2025 Hourly Pay Rate: $119.35 Job Description: We are seeking a qualified Optometrist to join our hospital-based practice within an FQHC Clinic. This is a new clinic opening, and the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience. The provider will handle general optometry cases, with an average patient volume similar to established locations, approximately 32 patients per day. The role includes one week of EMR training and shadowing. Candidates who speak Spanish and are drive-in are highly preferred. Credentialing may take 60-90 days. The current schedule is only Wednesdays and Fridays, but additional hours may be available at another location.
