Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the comprehensive clinical care of diverse patients, showcasing proficiency and dedication to high-quality mental health services.
• Conduct individualized and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address a wide range of psychological needs.
• Perform thorough assessments and maintain meticulous treatment logs that document patient progress and care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is required.
• Valid professional licensure as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD is essential.

Preferred Experience

While not required, candidates who have experience in a community health setting or those who are familiar with telehealth platforms will be highly favored. Compensation and Benefits

Reliant Healthcare Services offers a competitive compensation package, including a yearly salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 135,000 based on experience and qualifications. We also provide:

• A sign-on bonus of up to $1,500 for the right candidate.
• Flexible scheduling options ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week.
