Responsibilities Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm, connecting them with Topgolf’s offerings and setting the stage for an unforgettable time. Recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to each visit to enhance the experience and drive sales through thoughtful suggestive selling. Provide outstanding food and beverage recommendations, take orders quickly and accurately, and keep Bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining a welcoming space. Be readily available with a strong T‑line presence, working seamlessly with fellow Playmakers to deliver an unforgettable Player experience—from setting up bays to resolving concerns with a smile. Meet physical requirements: lift up to 50 lb., stand for most of the shift, handle a high‑volume environment, and be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.
