The Health and Wellness Director leads clinical services in an assisted living and memory care community, overseeing resident health, care planning, and medication practices. This role partners with the Branch Director to maintain a safe, engaging environment, guides and coaches care staff, supports regulatory compliance, and responds to resident health changes. The director fosters strong relationships with residents, families, and providers to support each resident’s quality of life.
