Campus Services Manager, Alpha - $75,000/year USD

LOCATION NOTE: This is an in‑person role located at one of our campuses. Many schools push operations into back offices, behind meetings and approval chains. Alpha takes a different approach. This role is front‑facing throughout the day: welcoming families, resolving device problems, ensuring smooth arrivals and dismissals, reassuring concerned parents, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the campus environment feels secure, polished, and distinctly Alpha. We are looking for someone who can be approachable without compromising standards, systematic without relying solely on procedures, and self‑assured without considering any task beneath them. You will be accountable for nearly every non‑instructional aspect of campus life: family communications, attendance management, campus security, building maintenance, meal coordination, technology devices, special events, and the minor issues that escape quickly when left unaddressed. What You Will Be Doing Serve as the primary reliable contact for parents, students, staff, and campus visitors, delivering clear, composed, and prompt communication. Take full ownership of daily campus operations, covering arrival and dismissal routines, attendance tracking, transportation coordination, lunch operations, campus upkeep, event execution, and facilities oversight. Address campus safety and student welfare matters, including entry management, emergency drills, health‑related incidents, record‑keeping, and parent notifications. Oversee student devices and essential campus technology systems, covering initial setup, account assistance, basic troubleshooting, data backups, repair coordination, and escalation to remote technical support teams. Cultivate trust with Guides, service providers, and families by prioritizing helpfulness while upholding institutional standards. What You Won’t Be Doing Operating from a secluded office while others manage parent and student interactions. Delivering classroom instruction, mentoring Guides, or developing educational curriculum. Delaying action on every problem until a supervisor provides direction. Channeling campus operations through multiple meetings when immediate decisions are required. Deflecting responsibility for facilities, devices, vendor management, or meal services to other staff. Deliver secure, efficient, and inviting campus environment that consistently earns the confidence of students, parents, and staff. Basic Requirements Bachelor’s degree (field of study not specified) At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or similar operational roles Comfort with basic technology tasks including device setup, troubleshooting, and account administration Strong written and verbal communication skills across parents, staff, and vendors Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Available to work in‑person in one of our campuses: Piedmont, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Fort Worth, TX; Keller, TX; Carrolton, TX; Austin, TX; Houston, TX; Oklahoma City, OK; Park City, UT; Tulsa, OK; Tampa, FL; Denver, CO; or Brentwood, TN — or willing to relocate This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position.
