Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions via telehealth, catering to clients from diverse age groups facing a variety of emotional and psychological challenges.

• Utilize a billing service for effective management of claims, insurance accounts, and client payment plans, allowing you to focus primarily on client care.

• Document therapy notes and maintain accurate and up-to-date records for each client in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Organize and schedule ongoing therapy appointments using an electronic calendar system to maintain an efficient and manageable caseload.

• Assess and respond to a range of clinical presentations, applying appropriate therapeutic techniques to meet the individual needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on clients receiving hospice care, which includes individuals and families dealing with the emotional and psychological elements surrounding terminal illness. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a base salary, you may be eligible for a sign-on bonus. As a full-time W2 employee, you will receive benefits including:
