Medical Supplies Assistant (Part-Time 12pm to 5pm Mon/Wed/Fri)
Principle Health Systems
Supplies Assistant
Assist the Supplies Administrator with shipment receiving, packaging and organization in the supply room.
Respond to/fill all customer supply orders in a timely manner.
Assist with scheduling of customer pickups with FedEx and any other shipping vendor.
Assist with management of supply inventory and submit orders/order requests as needed to ensure no gaps in inventory.
Assist other departments with various supply related tasks as needed. These departments include, but are not limited to: Lab, Sales, Phlebotomy, Administration, and Diagnostics.
Ability to manage duties with relative autonomy.
Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift heavy items.
