Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team near Black Hawk, Colorado. In this role, you will assess and treat patients with a range of physical conditions, helping them recover, regain independence, and improve their quality of life. As part of our team, you'll provide hands-on care, work collaboratively with other professionals, and be a vital part of our patient-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions, including strength, flexibility, and posture.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other treatments to help patients reach their goals.
• Educate patients on techniques to enhance recovery and prevent injury.
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent.
• Current Colorado state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
