VP, Direct & Workplace Banking Strategy & Growth

Morgan Stanley is seeking a senior strategist to identify and evaluate growth opportunities across wealth management and lending divisions. You will translate prioritized opportunities into detailed implementation plans and work with marketing, technology, risk, legal, and compliance to drive alignment.
The role requires the ability to create structure in ambiguity, strong executive communication, and disciplined project management, with 5–10+ years in strategy or internal strategy teams.
