Program Coordinator

Program Coordinators provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple EGUSD school sites. Each Coordinator is responsible for ensuring excellence, supervising Program Managers, and building strong relationships with principals, families, and community partners. Leadership & Supervision - Coach, and evaluate Program Managers; set performance goals; oversee onboarding and professional development Program Quality & Compliance - Conduct site visits, ensure curriculum fidelity, monitor attendance and documentation, and lead Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) efforts Operations Management - Manage staffing allocations, budgets, and risk management across 10 sites School & Community Engagement - Serve as the primary relationship holder with principals, represent programs in district and partner meetings Professional Development - Design and facilitate PD for Program Managers and Team Leaders, building leadership pipelines for future growth Job Specifications General Requirements Valid TB clearance and DOJ/FBI background check Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to fluently speak, read, write, and comprehend English Education Required: 48 units of undergraduate coursework from an accredited college/university OR a Para-Educator Certificate (may vary by school district) Highly Desirable: Associate’s degree or higher in Child Development, Education, Social Services, Psychology, or a related field Experience (Highly Preferred) At least 2 years of experience working with youth in educational or developmental settings. At least 2 years of youth development experience or manager for a division of an organization. Youth counseling or leadership in summer camps, clubs, or education-based organizations Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage operations and compliance across multiple school sites Demonstrated success working with local communities. Physical Demands Ability to stand for extended periods of time Frequent walking throughout the shift Occasionally lift up to 35 pounds Location Our main office is located in South Natomas .
