Description The Project Manager is responsible for designing and managing floor models for CTG and LL retail locations. This role oversees projects from concept through implementation, ensuring store layouts align with merchandising strategies, operational needs, brand standards, and project timelines. Requirements
- Design and maintain retail floor plans and store layouts for new stores, remodels, refreshes, and conversions.
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Store Development, Construction, Operations, and vendors to execute projects successfully.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables while ensuring quality and timely completion.
- Review and update floor plans, fixture layouts, and design documentation.
- Track project progress, resolve issues, and communicate status to stakeholders.
- Ensure floor models comply with company standards and operational requirements.
- Support continuous improvement of store design standards and processes.
- Travel as needed to support store projects and field verification.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of retail store design, space planning, or project management experience.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar design software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
