Principal RWE Scientist

Providing strategic and operational support for real-world evidence generation, the contract remote Principal RWE Scientist will focus on the design and execution of external control arms and complex observational studies to inform regulatory and clinical decision-making. Key responsibilities Design, execute, and communicate real-world evidence studies across the product lifecycle Ensure RWE studies meet regulatory, HTA, payer, and clinical decision-making requirements Mentor team members on RWE methodology and engage with external collaborators and data vendors Required qualifications Doctoral degree in Epidemiology or related discipline with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience Deep understanding of observational study design, causal inference, and real-world data sources Strong technical reading and writing skills Prior corporate experience in the hematology/oncology therapeutic area is highly preferred Minimum of four years of professional experience in the biopharmaceutical industry is preferred
