Nurse Practitioner - Pain Management

Pay: $85.00 - $100.00/hr 2-3 Days/Week | Part-Time | Astoria, Queens and Red Hook, Brooklyn About Rockwell Health Center's pain management program treats musculoskeletal injuries and chronic pain through non-opioid, regenerative medicine: shock wave therapy, laser therapy, Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), Hyaluronic Acid (HA) injections, and Prolotherapy. We are hiring a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join the clinical team across our Astoria and Red Hook locations. This role starts part-time with the opportunity to grow into full-time as the program expands. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal injuries and sports-related conditions. Develop personalized treatment plans for pain management and rehabilitation. Perform trigger point injections, joint injections, Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy, and ultrasound-guided treatments. Collaborate with pain management specialists and physical therapists. Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement. Requirements At least one year of experience with trigger point injections, joint injections, and ultrasound-guided procedures. Not excluded or barred from Medicare or Medicaid billing. Able to work across both our Astoria, Queens and Red Hook, Brooklyn locations. Strong patient communication and teamwork skills. Preferred skills Experience in pain management or regenerative medicine.
