Order To Cash (OTC) Analyst

Analyzing new business requirements and proposing best suitable solution. Hands on experience on configuration of SAP SD Module for order types, Contract management, Pricing, taxation, Billing, Item categories, as well as Logistics Execution. Configuration knowledge on BRF+, AATP (Advance ATP), Settlement Management. Should have hands on knowledge working in the Interfaces. Master data migration knowledge of Business partner (Customer/Vendor). Knowledge on business process of Third party, intercompany, Consignment, Returnable packaging, MTO, Free of charge goods, Batch Management. Excellent understanding of the Sales and Distribution business process. Good knowledge on maintaining of the Mater data for Customers and sales partners. Strong troubleshooting skills with proven ability to analyze and determine root cause and provide resolution for complex issues. Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

Co-ordination with On-Site Engineers and attending customer calls. Raising risks, issues and escalation to senior management and customer. To create all quality documents, collect metrics data and conducting Audits. To perform Value creation and KM activities. To create project plans and keep track of schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards. To ensure process improvement and compliance, and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents.
