Network Smart Hands Working technical knowledge, in order to address service work orders, for PCs, laptops, cabling, televisions, projectors, phones, peripherals and site security equipment Strong verbal and written communication skills (e.g. reporting), with the ability to run workshops for information collation Works on projects of moderately medium‑complex scope, and able to work with intercompany teams Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures Assist with support of data center and application architecture Assist with troubleshooting basic network issues and understands the administering of switches, routers, and firewalls with the assistance of the Nutanix Remote Resolver Team Knowledge of backup, tape, and exchange infrastructures Ability to assist with configuring routers and switches under the guidance of the Nutanix remote resolver team. Assist with the integration and customization of hardware components on operating system and networks under the guidance of the Nutanix remote resolver team' Typically, 2-5 years of experience 9. Training Partner FEs are required to complete a 1‑hour online training course on basic Nutanix hardware replacement processes, provided free of charge by Hemmersbach which includes a short 20 question test.
