CNC Machine Operator

Job Full Description Express Employment Professionals is seeking a CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machines and general hand tools for finishing of metal materials . This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce metal components per specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders.
- Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet dimensional and finish requirements.
- Adjust machine settings, tooling, and programming as needed to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.
- Work closely with production and quality control teams to meet project deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience operating CNC machines and brake press equipment.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Ability to use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to [50] lbs and stand for extended periods.
