Responsibilities * Interact with customers via phone, email, and live chat to provide prompt and accurate information. * Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and escalate complex cases as necessary. * Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services to assist customers appropriately. * Document all customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system. * Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service quality.
