Primary Care Physician (Noe Valley) - Sign-On Bonus Available

Overview We are seeking a full-time primary care provider responsible for managing a diverse patient panel, conducting acute, chronic, and wellness visits both in-office and virtually. Responsibilities Providing comprehensive patient care through in-office, testing centers, and tele-health visits Participating in continuous learning via weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities Collaborating with in-person and virtual clinical teams Utilizing clinical training to perform in-office procedures Supervising NP or PA colleagues Obtaining additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual care in other states Qualifications Completion of an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience in the last 5 years Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine with plans to certify within a year Active California medical license Strong communication skills, clinical proficiency, and adaptability Experience with technology-based care delivery and a passion for human-centered primary care This role is based in San Francisco, CA, and offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr
