As an employer, we seek to provide an environment of growth and development for our employees that is consistent with recognizing the rights, needs, and wants of all people.Purpose:To assist in providing speech, physical and occupational therapy services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to enable them to maintain communication skills, optimal health, body alignment and wellbeing.Qualifications:Must successfully complete the required pre-employment Background and Drug ScreeningsMust possess a valid Driver's License with all necessary endorsements and have a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.Must possess basic computer skillsMust possess a High School Diploma or equivalentExperience working in the field of human services preferredEssential Functions:Implements therapy programs to include instruction and monitoring prescribed by the OT/PT/Speech TherapistProvides physical and nutritional management monitoring to ensure compliance with each individual’s planCompletes documentation according to regulatory requirementsMaintains inventory of adaptive equipment, ensures cleanliness and that all items are in good repairPerforms all other duties as assignedHourly: $20.00SR97A2This position will remain open until filled.
