Global HR Strategist to CEO Leadership

Munich Re seeks a Strategic HR Business Partner to advise the CEO and senior leaders on people topics, aligning the Global HR strategy with business goals. You will lead a team of HRBPs across the HSB organization and partner with the Global HR team to design and deliver solutions that meet regional needs. You will drive workforce planning, talent development, and organizational change while ensuring compliance with local regulations and global HR processes.
