Job Duties Include: Performing patient evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans Providing evidence-based physical therapy interventions and evaluating treatment effectiveness Educating patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and wellness strategies Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with clinic and regulatory guidelines Collaborating with other healthcare providers as needed Participating in mentorship and continuing education opportunities to further clinical skills Qualifications: Must be a licensed therapist in North Carolina, maintain current licensure and provide license annually Must be able to lift, sit, stand, walk, push, pull, stoop, squat, bend and reach using good body mechanics Must practice and abide by HIPAA, Federal and State privacy regulations Get More at Hillcrest: Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Options #J-18808-Ljbffr
