It provides a dynamic environment where you can grow your technical skills, take ownership of critical systems, and contribute to a safe, efficient, and high-performing operation./ppThe Role/pulliSupports manufacturing operations through equipment set-up, changeovers, maintenance, and repairs./liliPerforms preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs using mechanical and electrical skills./liliLeads small-scale process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance./liliWorks independently with minimal supervision, applying hands-on experience and training./liliHandles a mix of routine and non-routine tasks, including corrective and preventative maintenance./liliFollows established processes while helping determine approaches for new or complex assignments and supporting less experienced team members./liliEnsures safe work practices and provides training on equipment set-up, operation, and changeovers, with basic knowledge of machining and fabrication./liliOther duties as assigned./li/ulpQualifications/pulliAssociate degree with 1+ years of relevant experience OR;/liliHigh School diploma with 3+years of relevant experience or vocational training./liliTechnical Certificate or higher preferred./liliPossesses intermediate mechanical and electrical skills with relevant education, basic machine shop and hand tool experience, proficiency in computer systems including electronic work orders, and the ability to read and understand English-written job instructions and safety requirements./liliAbility to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines. Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift to 50 pounds; no lifting greater than 40.09 pounds without assistance. Be accessible to manufacturing floor and office staff and use required office equipment.
