This is a hands-on commercial role for someone who knows the office real estate ecosystem, has a strong network across the market, and loves building pipeline from scratch. What you'll own Build WiredScore and Meter's presence across the Southeast market. Develop and close opportunities with real estate owners and landlords. Build partnerships with brokers and other key CRE stakeholders. Own your territory end-to-end: mapping the market, prospecting, opening opportunities and closing deals. Become a recognised face of WiredScore and Meter within the local commercial real estate community. You'll be a strong fit if you Have a proven track record in sales or business development and know how to build your own pipeline. Know the commercial real estate ecosystem - particularly office - and understand how owners, landlords, brokers and property managers make decisions. Already have a strong network of relevant relationships you can activate in the market. Are a true hunter: self-sufficient, commercially minded and comfortable building without a large supporting infrastructure. Can operate credibly with senior stakeholders and own a market independently. Are based in or around Miami and comfortable travelling regularly across the region.
