Active Directory System Administrator

Pensacola, FLJob TypeFull-timeDescriptionCSA is seeking a systems administrator that will communicate the overall health of Active Directory. As a systems administrator, you will support the maintenance of Windows-based Domain Controllers, DHCP servers, file shares, and other application servers. You’ll maintain security controls for Domain Controllers, including IAVM security updates via patch management, provide software updates and upgrades to servers, and workstations, as required.For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. How Your Role Will Make an Impact:STIG review, remediation, and mitigationACAS network scans as requested and required.Manage and maintain standardized Organizational Units (OUs) in Active Directory.Manage and maintain Active Directory custom attributes and security groups.Manage Active Directory sites and subnets, including site replication.Monitor Domain Controllers to prevent outages and restore service as quickly as possible, review the properties currently monitored, and make recommendations as needed to provide meaningful alerts for action.Audit changes to accounts, group policies, and other changes to Active Directory with enterprise auditing tools.RequirementsWhat You Will Need to Join Our Award-Winning Team:Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret Clearance.High School Diploma or equivalent3 years of relevant experienceGeneral Experience with Electronic Documentation, System Administration, Network Administration, Database Administration Active Security+ certification or qualifying Bachelor's degreeExperience with Windows ServerExperience with security compliance auditing, security practices, or Cybersecurity assessmentsExperience with problem detection, resolution, and maintenance on Microsoft Server 2012 R2 and newerExperience with Active Directory administration, including GPOs, PKI, DNS, DHCP, and PowerShell scriptingAbility to configure systems and hardware for compliance standardsAbility to work both independently and as a member of a teamWhat Sets You Apart:Experience with vulnerability analysisExperience with system administration supporting DoD network systems, including Navy systemsExperience with using command-line interfaces and scriptingExperience with physical and virtual server architecture and network fundamentalsExperience with ACAS, DoD STIG, SCAP, Symantec Altiris, Hyper-V, and Windows utilitiesExperience with Cloud IntegrationExperience with Microsoft AzureActive Secret clearanceBachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or EngineeringNavy Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) Computing Environment Certification Physical Requirements:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:Sit for extended periods of time and work at a computer workstationUse hands and fingers to operate keyboards, mice, and other input devicesCommunicate effectively, both verbally and in writingSpecific vision abilities required may include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjustStand, walk, bend, or reach; Access equipment located in data centers, offices, or under desksLift and/or move equipment weighing up to 25 poundsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
