Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Install new garage doors, openers, and hardware
- Repair and service existing systems (springs, cables, rollers, tracks, openers)
- Troubleshoot issues, perform safety inspections, and recommend fixes/upgrades
- Provide clear explanations and great service to customers
- Keep jobs safe, clean, and completed on time
- Maintain your tools and service vehicle
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ years of hands-on garage door installation and repair experience (residential preferred)
- Valid Arizona Driver's License with a clean record
- Your own basic hand/power tools (we provide specialized equipment)
- Able to lift 50–75 lbs, climb ladders, and work in Arizona weather
- Mechanical skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
- Professional attitude and good communication with customers
- Legal right to work in the U.S. (proof of ID and authorization)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
