Senior Product Manager Supply Chain Technology|Integration Platforms About Fanatics & the Opportunity Fanatics is the global leader in licensed sports merchandise, a vertically integrated business spanning eCommerce, wholesale, and in-venue retail across the world's most iconic sporting events and venues. We design, manufacture, and deliver fan gear at a scale few companies on the planet can match. Our Technology organization is the engine behind that machine, and we are in the middle of one of the most ambitious supply chain transformations in sports retail, building a modern, omnichannel fulfillment and distribution network across owned facilities, third‑party logistics providers, and international sites. As Senior Product Manager for Integrations, you will own the product strategy and execution across Fanatics’ integration platform portfolio, spanning both API and EDI‑based integration paths across eCommerce and wholesale. This role sits at the intersection of supply chain, engineering, and partner enablement, requiring deep technical fluency alongside strong cross‑functional leadership. This is a rare opportunity to shape not just day‑to‑day platform execution, but a foundational technology transformation that will define how Fanatics connects its entire ecosystem for years to come. This is a key role within Fanatics’ Supply Chain Technology organization and a critical contributor to our broader supply chain technology strategy. What You Will Drive Integration Platform & EDI Ownership Own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap across Fanatics’ integration platform portfolio, spanning API‑based and EDI, ensuring the platforms support eCommerce and wholesale operations at scale. Embrace and champion AI‑powered ways of working, including Fanatics’ internal SDLC and knowledge platform, to drive innovation, improve delivery velocity, and push the boundaries of what the integration platform can do. Continuously evaluate and expand platform capabilities to support the business as Fanatics evolves, enabling new integration patterns, business models, and partner requirements as they emerge. Drive the modernization of legacy integration platforms to ensure uniformity across the ecosystem. Define and evolve integration standards, including API contracts, EDI transaction sets, event‑driven data flows, across inbound and outbound workflows. Partner with Engineering and Architecture to ensure platform scalability, reliability, and extensibility as Fanatics continues to grow its global fulfillment and distribution network. Drive the strategic evolution of wholesale EDI in partnership with Fanatics’ multi‑year transformation, ensuring the platform is positioned to support new business models and partner requirements. Champion platform governance, maintaining standards, documentation, and development guidelines that preserve stability and product vision. Partner Onboarding & External Collaboration Lead end‑to‑end onboarding of new 3PL, 3PD, and vendor partners, from requirements gathering and technical scoping through go‑live and hypercare. Serve as the primary product point of contact for external partners, managing relationships and ensuring integrations are delivered on time and to spec. Drive the development of developer tools, documentation, and self‑service capabilities that enable integrations to be delivered with speed and new platform capabilities to be quickly adopted. Cross-Functional Partnership Partner with internal domains, including Supply Chain, Order Management, Inventory, Finance, Shipping, and Operations, to translate business needs into scalable integration solutions. Work closely with Engineering and Architecture as a true thought partner, driving alignment on technical decisions, platform direction, and long‑term architecture to ensure the integration platform is built to last. Manage dependencies and drive alignment across stakeholders in complex, multi‑system programs spanning multiple teams and domains. Actively participate in program reviews and strategic planning cycles alongside business and technology partners. Navigate competing priorities across a highly cross‑functional organization, ensuring the integration platform roadmap reflects both near‑term business needs and long‑term strategic goals. Execution & Delivery Translate strategy into clear product requirements, epics, and success metrics. Lead backlog prioritization and sprint planning in close partnership with engineering teams. Ensure all changes adhere to SDLC and SOX compliance requirements. Navigate peak event planning and operational resilience requirements. Drive alignment across engineering, QA, and operations to ensure integrations are delivered on time, to spec, and with minimal disruption to production systems. Data, Metrics & Optimization Define and track integration platform performance metrics, including partner onboarding velocity, integration uptime, data quality, and cost per integration, in alignment with business and operations stakeholders. Use data and experimentation to continuously identify opportunities for automation, cost savings, and operational efficiency across the integration lifecycle. Monitor platform health and proactively surface insights that drive platform improvements and inform roadmap prioritization. Partner with data and analytics teams to ensure integration events and data flows are observable, measurable, and actionable across the ecosystem. What You Bring Required 5 - 8 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on API integrations, eCommerce platforms, or supply chain technology. Demonstrated experience working closely with external partners on integration in a high‑velocity environment.
