This opportunity is based on a Production Associate career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates.Job DutiesProvide support to the Production Team preparing, washing, staging, and organizing cheese mix products for the Tamale Lines.Follow proper Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's), SQF, and USDA guidelinesAble to read, understand, and follow the plant's recipesClean and maintain assigned area in safe, sanitary condition, ensuring product safetyEducation RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.Experience RequirementsAbility to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.Preferred QualificationsPrevious manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
