We work with a team of Certified Financial Planners, Certified Public Accountants, estate planning attorneys, and insurance professionals. We are currently seeking a candidate to join our team as a Financial Advisor Assistant. Qualifications Professional and positive demeanor; warm, compassionate, conversational Strong verbal and written communications Strong organizational skills Ability to work with highly confidential information High level of work ethic, and self-motivation Preferred Experience Office and administrative support experience Interest in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Financial Planning Job Duties Serve customer requests (example- account updates or distributions) Answer phones, screen and direct pertinent callers Prepare reports for client portfolio review meetings Prepare and submit new account paperwork Initiate and track account transfers ``` ```json "IsExpired": false #J-18808-Ljbffr
