Senior Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Graphic Designer to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for a designer who excels at bringing brands to life across multiple touchpoints, including packaging, brand identity, retail environments, and digital experiences. You will help shape compelling brand narratives and deliver visually impactful work.

Location: Hybrid, with 1-2 days per week in a Los Angeles studio.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• 5+ years of experience with a strong portfolio spanning packaging, brand identity, and multi-channel design
• Strong understanding of brand strategy (story, tone, visual systems) and its execution
• Excellent typography and design skills with strong attention to detail
• Experience developing adaptable visual systems across platforms
• Knowledge of retail environments, shopper marketing, and merchandising
• Understanding of print production processes
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; Figma or similar tools a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Collaborative mindset with ability to take direction and creative risks
• Proactive in understanding brand positioning, competitors, and target audiences
