Intermediate Systems Engineer

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Intermediate Systems Engineer will maintain systems, provide end-user support, and participate in projects while contributing to documentation and seeking process improvements. Key responsibilities Resolve moderately complex end-user support issues with guidance from senior team members Complete assigned project-related tasks, including time tracking and documentation updates Assist with maintenance and upgrades, contributing to disaster recovery plans and demonstrating initiative in learning new technologies Required qualifications Two years of experience with complex systems environments through education or practical experience Demonstrated ability to perform standard IT procedures and protocols Working knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies, including network, server, and cloud platforms Understanding of network security principles and experience supporting enterprise systems Commitment to continuous learning through technical training and professional certifications
