\nLead discovery workshops, stakeholder discussions, impact assessments, and transition planning across Pharma Commercial Analytics, HCP360, NBA, and Marketing Data ecosystems while bridging business and technology teams.
\n \nMandatory Skills:

\n- Omnichannel/Digital Marketing Analytics
\n- Customer 360 (HCP360)
\n- Next Best Action (NBA)
\n- Marketing Data Hub / Enterprise Data Platforms
\n- Master Data Management (MDM)
\n- Data Governance & Data Lineage
\n- Data Discovery & Impact Assessment
\n- Vendor / Agency Transition Programs
\n- Stakeholder Management & Workshop Facilitation
\n- Requirements Gathering & Documentation

\n \n- Lead discovery workshops with business and technology teams
\n- Assess current vs future-state data flows and integrations
\n- Perform downstream impact assessment across HCP360, NBA, dashboards and analytics platforms
\n- Identify risks, dependencies and mitigation plans
\n- Define quick wins, remediation backlog and change requests
\n- Present findings and recommendations to client leadership
\n- Support transition governance and program execution
