It is fast-paced and performance-driven. Employees are expected to wear plain colored t-shirts (blue or grey), jeans, and steel-toed shoes. Shifts are available as follows: First Shift (6:30am - 3:00pm), Second Shift (3:15pm - 11:45pm), and Third Shift (10:30pm - 7:00am). All shifts require attendance at orientation for the first two days, and training on the First Shift. Employees are likely to work three out of four Saturdays per month.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of DALEVILLE, VA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.50/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
