Marketing SpecialistRDH is seeking a strategic Marketing Specialist to strengthen and elevate our presence in the Mid-Atlantic market.This role blends pursuit leadership, campaign development, and industry engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with technical and business leaders to increase visibility in priority sectors, support high-value pursuits, and ensure RDH shows up professionally and consistently across the region.This is not a production-only marketing role. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, represent the firm confidently, and execute independently.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Boston leadership to identify priority sectors, target clients, and growth opportunities across the Mid-Atlantic regionDevelop and execute market visibility strategies aligned with business objectivesRepresent RDH at key industry organizations and events, including BSA, ULI, NAIOP, and BOMACoordinate sponsorships, speaking engagements, and client-facing eventsLead and manage RFP/RFQ responses for priority pursuits, including strategy, content development, and submissionTranslate technical expertise into clear, compelling client-focused messagingDevelop sector-specific marketing materials, case studies, and presentationsMaintain pursuit tracking, CRM data, and marketing resourcesMonitor competitor activity and market trends to inform positioningQualifications3+ years of marketing, communications, or business development experience, preferably within the AEC or professional services industryExperience supporting or leading proposals, pursuits, campaigns, or industry engagement initiativesDemonstrated ability to develop clear, compelling written and visual marketing contentExperience collaborating with technical professionals and senior leadersProficiency in Microsoft Office 365; experience with Adobe InDesign and CRM platforms preferredBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related fieldSkills and CompetenciesExecutive presence and professional communication styleStrong writing and storytelling skills; able to distill complex ideas into audience-centered narrativesStrategic thinker who aligns marketing initiatives with business goalsAbility to translate technical expertise into clear, compelling messagingCollaborative and effective in partnering with senior leaders and technical teamsStrong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple deadlinesProficiency in Office 365 and marketing tools; experience with Adobe InDesign and CRM systems preferredProactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvementBenefits & PerksThe base salary range for this position is $75K–$95K annualized for a full-time role. Salary is dependent various factors, including qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. You may also be eligible for discretionary incentives and share ownership.We offer a robust benefits package to support the well-being of our employees.
