Bonus eligibility and amount are determined during the hiring processAs a Manual Milling Machinist, you will use precision tools and manual equipment to produce high-quality components to exact specifications. You’ll work with detailed drawings and measurement tools, ensuring that every part leaving your station meets the strict quality standards that define Master Machining.Your Responsibilities:Set up and operate various manual milling machinesRead and interpret blueprints, job tickets, and technical drawingsVerify parts meet print specifications using precision measuring toolsPerform daily maintenance on machines and maintain a clean workspaceMonitor tool wear and replace as needed to ensure consistent outputLoad, align, and indicate parts accurately to fixturesCollaborate with team members to meet deadlines and uphold quality standardsWhat We’re Looking For:3–5 years of hands-on manual milling experienceProficient in using measurement tools and reading blueprintsStrong understanding of manual machining processes and tolerancesReliable, detail-oriented, and committed to producing top-quality workExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to work overtime or occasional Saturdays when needed
