BG Staffing is seeking a professional, customer-focused Leasing Consultant for a premier apartment community in Indianapolis, IN 46202 . As a Leasing Consultant, you will serve as one of the first points of contact for prospective and current residents. You will be responsible for showcasing the community, assisting with the leasing process, building resident relationships, and contributing to occupancy goals.

The ideal candidate is personable, organized, sales-minded, and passionate about delivering an outstanding resident experience.

This position follows a rotating schedule:

Week One

• Tuesday - Friday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Week Two

• Monday - Friday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

This schedule provides variety while supporting the property's leasing and resident service needs.

• Greet prospective residents and provide exceptional customer service
• Conduct apartment tours and effectively showcase community amenities
• Respond to phone, email, and online leasing inquiries
• Process rental applications and assist with lease preparation
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident records
• Follow up with prospects to convert leads into leases
• Assist with resident retention and renewal efforts
• Coordinate move-ins and provide a welcoming experience for new residents
• Support marketing and outreach initiatives to drive occupancy
• Maintain a professional and positive presence within the leasing office

• Previous leasing, sales, customer service, hospitality, or property management experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning property management software
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
