What You ll Do:

• Assist with anesthesia management in a busy surgical environment, working alongside anesthesiologists
• Cover a variety of cases, including mitral clips and Watchmans; no open heart or OB surgeries
• Provide anesthesia for patients of all ages in both outpatient and inpatient settings
• Supervise and collaborate with anesthesia techs and SCAs during procedures
• Support diverse surgical schedules with full-time availability
• Ensure high standards of safety and patient care throughout your shifts

What You Need:

• Active PA CRNA license or eligibility
• Minimum of 1+ years of anesthesia experience
• Certification as a CRNA (Board Certified or Eligible)
• Ability to work full-time hours (3-4 weeks/month)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

About the Assignment
This position is with a leading facility in West Reading, PA, covering a comprehensive range of surgical procedures in a fast-paced environment. The CRNA will work with an anesthesiologist to deliver high-quality anesthesia care for a diverse patient population, supporting about 24 ORs, with a focus on efficiency and patient safety. No pediatric CRNA option available at this time, and the site does not handle open heart surgeries or OB cases.
