Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Meditech experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - HCA - Gulf Coast Division.

Additional Details:

There is no shift differential for AM/PM.

Any special scheduling requests must be made with Manager upon arrival at facility.

Required Skills/Experience: - IABP/Impella experience. - Interventional cath peripheral/coronary experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience: - EP experience preferred.

Unit Details: - Uses IABP, Impella, stents, balloons, IVUS, FFR, and ultrasound. - Typical procedures include heart caths, interventions, pacemakers, AICD, Watchman, EP ablations, and peripheral venous/arterial procedures.

Shift & Scheduling: - 30 minute response time for callbacks. - Every other weekend on call; every other night on call during the week.

Floating Requirements: - May float to IR; ICU if competency; pre/post PACU cath.

10 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required

Certifications:

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist)

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
