Summary Personal Bankers are enthusiastic/self‑motivated individuals with proven success at delivering solutions that help clients achieve financial freedom and peace of mind. They build professional relationships with existing and potential clients, understand financial needs, deliver valuable products and services to meet those needs, and complete account opening accurately. Successful Personal Bankers are enthusiastic about delivering an excellent client experience, promoting bank products and services to individuals and companies, conducting accurate banking transactions in a fast‑paced environment and working with a team to achieve individual and group goals. Responsibilities Provides "fast, easy, and personal" service consistent with Company client service standards, including resolving problems, building relationships, handling special requests, greeting clients warmly, and taking ownership in all situations to ensure timely resolution. Promotes consumer and small business banking products and services using direct sales techniques, handing out brochures, engaging potential clients in conversations about banking needs, and speaking positively about the bank's products. Achieves specific sales goals on a daily, monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Develops and maintains relationships with business partners to maximize opportunities and meet sales standards, aiming to earn 100% of the client's business. Opens checking and savings accounts, processes client transactions, and recommends other products including credit cards and loans. Demonstrates digital expertise by using digital platforms and educating clients and associates about online banking, bill pay, mobile banking app, smart ATMs, chat boxes, and other self‑service channels. Works closely with clients and business partners to refer products and services to other business lines. Educates clients on banking services and resolves concerns efficiently. Conducts operational tasks related to protecting client and bank assets, including proper documentation of account opening, accounting for cash and negotiable instruments, completing logs, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Protects client information and bank trade secrets as confidential, following all company policies for communication. When delegated by the Banking Center Manager, implements banking center operations procedures, including maintenance of cash supplies, auditing, documentation, compliance, and overall operational integrity. Maintains current knowledge and compliance with regulations and bank policies (BSA, OFAC, Associate Handbook, Operations, Audit, Security). Instills and communicates the Company’s mission, vision, and values (Pillars of Success). Completes monthly training on regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures. Works during regular business hours or assigned hours. Performs other specified duties as assigned. Compensation & Benefits Salary : Minimum $20.00 per hour. Eligible for additional incentive compensation monthly based on achievement of incentive goals.
