Radiology Technologist – Radiology/Imaging

Shift: Weekday 5x8s, 1200–2030 On-call: Yes

Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week

Requirements:

• California License (in hand)
• ARRT (R)
• Fluoroscopy credential
• BLS
• Experience with contrast administration, portable exams, OR/ICU portable experience, PACS, and general radiographic procedures
• Charting: Epic required

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures as per physician orders.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to maintain a high standard of patient care.
• Operate imaging equipment and ensure quality of images produced.
• Maintain accurate patient records and charts.
• Adhere to established protocols and procedures for infection control and safety.

Compliance / Notes:

• Orientation/module completion required prior to starting (average ~16 hours; >20 hours requires approval).
• RTO must be included at time of submission.
• Free parking first day; assignment parking provided during orientation.
• Travelers must be willing to work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year).
