THE POSITION

Location: Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex (travel required across the metro area) Open Roles: 1 Full-Time Day Float Nurse 1 Full-Time Night Float Nurse Schedule 3, 12‑hour shifts per week (full-time) Must be flexible and available 7 days/week No overtime permitted As a float nurse, you’ll support hospital discharges and provide coverage in homes across the metroplex—bringing care where it’s needed most.

COMPENSATION

We offer competitive, transparent pay that reflects the meaningful work you do. Pay: Varies by shift, acuity, and assignment (including admissions and weekends), with opportunities to earn up to $34 per hour for LVNs and up to $47 per hour for RNs Additional differentials available based on shift type and patient needs.

EXPERIENCE

Current Texas Nursing License, RN or LVN license that is in good standing Minimum of 3 years of pediatric nursing and home health experience required CPR certification required; PALS certification preferred If you’re ready to float between hospital and home making the kind of difference that sticks with a family forever—this is your moment.
